Events handy?

I might suggest, to maybe draw members, or get those who are here already to be/remain active, to first of all be active with topics. And not just posting, but also new topics. We all know each other, which makes a new member feel excluded hence making him/her less likely to return to this site.

Aside from that, I suggest events get started. Like we had, the League, and also Academy Tournaments can be started up. Just RP Tournaments, for example Zero Hunger Games. Something I got along from ODA, and gave me quite the good idea to do that here as well. Or, just a regular tournament.

Like I said, just try to find out some events, and if you want the Hunger Games, I would be glad to run it. Just take a look into it.

Yep, that's one of the things to do in set up, we do have a couple of ideas for events planned, but we will accept your ideas. Also, that Hunger games thing looks interesting, to my understanding it is an RP like the tournament in the books?

The bottomline idea of the HG is that you have a Tournament, in the form of an RP. So, you follow the ideas of the movie "The Hunger Games" and you create an entire area for this. As such, you then have people post there, how and where their characters are, and when they meet, they duel "to the death" and in the end, you'll have 1 person left who will be crowned the winner.

There will be prce support for places 1, 2 and 3, off course, and that for special characters as well. I still have to planm it all out, but the skeleton idea is present.

( O w O)/ so how would the "shadow games" end up working? like would we play by play post for each duel? or would it all take place on duel network?

We would probably rp in the DN chat and post the results, or possibly a combination of both Orpheus' summation of things and that.
